All Conference Registrations will include access to our dedicated virtual conference portal. The portal will be hosted online with access to the Exhibition Booths, Live Sessions and a Meeting Hub - a place to connect with other delegates.
Before you log in, watch the video demonstration of the virtual event portal. This will help you familiarise yourself with the different functionalities of the portal and optimise your SSA 2021 virtual experience.
Prior to the Conference all registered delegates will be emailed unique access details. These should not be shared with anyone as only one device can access the portal at a time.
Google Chrome is the preferred browser for the SSA 2021 Virtual Portal.
If you experience any issues accessing the portal with your iPAD or tablet, please sign out and use Google Chrome on your computer.
We encourage you to log in at least 15 minutes before the program starts, to give you time to explore the portal, and set up your personal settings.
If you find you are unable to complete your settings or scroll down from the black box, please change your browser zoom level by using CTRL and '- / +' or COMMAND and '- / +'. You may also check "Enable Enhanced Accessibility" to ensure you are able to use all the portal's functionality.
The AIRtouch can be found by clicking on the GREEN button on the bottom right corner of the portal. Compare AIRtouch to a tablet or smartphone, where you will be able to navigate to different areas of the conference, access functions such as exporting notes or accessing Live Q&A.
Within the AIRtouch Device, clicking on the profile icon in the top right will display important tools such as My Settings, Refresh Data, Export My Notes, Export My Contacts, Switch to 2D Mode and Sign out.
To join a session from the Auditorium Lobby or Agenda, click the "Join" button to the right of the session. If the session has not started it will say, “Preview”.
The following list of functionalities available in each session can be found in your AirTouch Device:
Take note of the arrow that sits on the right-hand side of the screen. Clicking through will allow you to see all of the booths.
By clicking on, aka visiting, a booth, you will have the ability to learn more about each company.
You can request a Live Chat or Meeting, download brochures, watch videos and perusing the list of FAQs.

Our Delegate Meeting Hub allows attendees to connect with each other, share contact details, request meetings and hold chats and one-on-one meetings as needed throughout the Conference. This can be accessed via AIRtouch.
