Yes, absolutely. Our Sponsors and Exhibitors are a key component of the conference experience and we actively encourage delegates to network and interact with them. Further instructions regarding how to do this will be provided in due course. We strongly encourage you to network with the sponsors and exhibitors as their support is critical to the delivery of the conference.

We know moving to virtual is different and while some of you may have already presented at, or attended, a virtual conference, for others this will be your first experience. We will make every effort to ensure you are comfortable with the platform and familiar with the setup well in advance of your presentations. For all oral presenters, guidelines have been sent out, which provide clear instructions about what to expect and how to use the virtual platform.
Rehearsal/briefing sessions are scheduled for all presenters to give you an opportunity to view the actual platform and step you through the whole process as well as any technical requirements of which you need to be aware. While the platform is user-friendly, we will make every effort to ensure you’re comfortable with the virtual environment in advance of your session.
Briefing sessions will be held the week commencing the 08 November. If you need your Briefing Booking Form resent, please email ssa2021@dcconferences.com.au
