• We estimate these sessions will run for 30 minutes.

• Your presentation recording must not exceed your allocated presentation time.
• We recommend recording your presentation using Zoom and to set the aspect ratio of your PowerPoint to widescreen 16:9 format. Details of how to do this will can be found in the Guidelines below. 
• Please try to have the same background and outfit/hair style during your pre-recorded presentation and the live conference.This will achieve a consistent view for attendees.
• Before recording your session, please read through the guidelines, downloadable via the link below:

• Please take the time to read through the guidelines available via the link below, as well as the list of tips. We recommend doing this before you record your presentation, as well as the day before the meeting to ensure you are fully prepared and comfortable with the virtual format.
• These documents include helpful information on what you will need to be able to successfully present at SSA 2021, as well as a pre-session timeline.

• Your role is an important one. Please read through the available guidelines below before your session.
• You will be invited to a briefing session to ensure you are familiar with the setup and comfortable with the virtual portal. 

All talking posters will be displayed as a pre-recorded 3-minute presentation. These recordings will be displayed alongside your abstract in a dedicated poster gallery.

Start your recording with a title slide that includes your abstract title, name and organisation. Please use the template provided via the link below.
