Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be advised and confirmed by the Conference Secretariat in writing. If notification of cancellation is made prior to Monday 1 May 2023, a full refund will be given (less a $175 processing fee).
After this date, no refunds will be given. However, a substitute delegate may be accepted. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Conference Secretariat.
Delegate registrations will only be accepted from commercial companies if that company has secured a sponsorship or exhibition package to support the Conference. Please contact the Conference organiser to discuss booth options if you haven't already secured your booth.
The Committee and organisers of the conference shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the un-availability of the venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without fault or negligence. For one or more of such reasons, the organisers and any co-organisers of the conference may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of organisers and co-organisers of the conference. In the event the meeting cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, the organisers and co-organisers of the conference shall not be liable to attendee for any direct, consequential or incidental damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses.
