Presentation Timing
Your session will be a total of 20 minutes, comprised of a 15 minute presentation with 5 minute Q&A. The session will be kept strictly to time. For a full list of authors in your session, please click here.
Free paper abstracts will be included in the 2023 conference app, a hard copy handbook will not be available.
Presentation Format
Please keep to a maximum of 12 PowerPoint slides in 16:9 format and try not to make the slides too busy. You may use the this template or your own if preferred.
At The Conference
PowerPoint presentations need to be downloaded onto a laptop or USB stick and brought with you to the conference. Even if you would prefer to use your own laptop, please ensure you check-in to the Speaker Preparation Room at least 2 hours prior to your session.
The Speaker Preparation Room can be found within the Garden Wing, Accommodation room 1124. The session room will include standard audio visual equipment including a laptop and data projection.
Free paper prize
The National Nurse Education 2023 Conference will offer a prize of $300 for the best paper. The winner will be announced on the last day of the conference on Friday, 9 June 2023
Registration
A friendly reminder that all presenters must register for a minimum of one day of the conference by the early bird registration deadline of
Friday, 31 March 2023, for their presentation to be included in the program. If you haven't registered already please ensure you do so by the deadline, to secure your place in the program.
Please note: Your place in the program is not assured until we receive this confirmation
A reminder no funding or discounted registrations are available for submitted abstracts authors.
