Cancellation Policy
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Conference Secretariat (by emailing pigni2019@dcconferences.com.au) prior to Friday, 27 September 2019, a full refund will be given (less a $75 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted.
