The 2021 NSANZ Cadaver Workshop will be held on Saturday 17 April 2021 at Macquarie University Hospital.

The full day workshop will consist of didactic lectures on advanced cutting-edge topics 
and hands-on cadaver lab covering a wide range of different neurostimulation modalities.

Please note there are limited registrations available so ensure you register to secure your spot.

Non-Members - Full Day Workshop$1000.00 AUD

Payment by credit card can be made online during the online registration process.
(MasterCard or Visa accepted)

CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds will be given on cancellation, although a substitute delegate will be accepted.

NSANZ acknowledges the challenges of state border closures at this time. If there are state border travel restictions put in place after the registration is processed that may prevent you from attending the April Cadaver workshop, a transferred registration to the August Cadaver Workshop may be offered (subject to availability). In the event that a state border closure is in place at the time of the workshop preventing your travel to Sydney, a refund of the registration fee minus a $150 administration fee will be available.

LIABILITY & INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Neither NSANZ nor DC Conference & Association Management will accept liability for, but not limited to:

  • Damages of any nature (including financial) sustained by participants, or loss or damage to their personal property in the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, loss;
  • Loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of participation in the Conference or through cancellation of the Conference;
  • Loss of international/domestic air fares or accomodation through cancellation for any reason;
  • Medical Expenses

Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate and should be purchased in your country of origin.

Delegates are strongly recommended to take out a suitable travel insurance policy including coverage for non-refundable registration fees when you register for the meeting and book your travel.
