Registration includes:

  • Entry into all scientific sessions from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon, including sponsored breakfast session

*Please note the Conference Dinner on Saturday 9 November is not included in the registration fee. Tickets for the Dinner cost AUD100 per person and can be purchased via your online registration form.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Conference Secretariat prior to Friday, 11 October 2019, a full refund will be given (less a $150 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted.

LETTER OF INVITATION

Please note that our policy is to only issue a letter of invitation to an international delegate once registration and full payment has been received.  A letter of invitation from the conference does not guarantee entry into Australia. Please email apapu2019@dcconferences.com.au to request a letter of invitation once your registration and payment has been submitted.
