Payment

Delegates are encouraged to pay via credit card at the time of registration.

Payment can be made by credit card or EFT transfer in Australian Dollars only.  Credit card payments using MasterCard or Visa or if using direct transfer, please quote invoice number when transferring funds electronically. EFT details can be found on your invoice.

Payment Terms: Payments must be received  within 14 days of invoice date but must be paid prior to attending the event.

For international transfers, please add AU$35.00 in the total amount.

 

Cancellation Policy for Registration

If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Conference Secretariat prior to 1 April 2026, a full refund will be given (less a $150 processing fee). After this date, no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted.

 

Late Payment Policy

Early Bird Registration Fees

Early bird registrations fees are applicable for delegates who have registered before 23 February 2026. Please note, any early bird registrations not paid for by 1 May will automatically be amended and invoiced to the standard registration fee. 


Video Recording

The conference MAY be recorded and may be used for promotional activities, including the PRECI website and on social media. If you do not want to be recorded or your audio to be used, please notify the Conference Secretariat at your earliest convenience.
