John Forster
CEO of Noah’s Ark Inc

John Forster is CEO of Noah’s Ark Inc, a not-for-profit organization based in southeast Australia which supports over 2000 children and their families. John is a past National President of Early Childhood Intervention Australia and has been a member of many advisory bodies, including the Victorian State Disability Advisory Council and Victorian National Disability Insurance Scheme Implementation Taskforce. John is co-author of The Key Worker: Resources for Early Childhood Intervention Professionals (2012) which influenced the introduction of the primary service provider model in Australia. He has written a book chapter on the development of services for children with a disability in Australia and contributed to many articles and reports.
