Registration Inclusions
Registration for full registrants includes entry into all sessions, the conference satchel, access to the conference app, attendance e-certificate, morning, afternoon teas, lunches on all days of the conference and one ticket for the gala dinner.

Cancellation Policy
Registration: If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Conference Secretariat prior to 16 June 2019 a full refund will be given (less a AU$150 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted. Refunds for registration add-ons (workshops, dinners etc) will be given at the discretion of the Conference Secretariat.

Accommodation: Cancellations and changes should be made through the hotels directly. There is no guarantee that cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will receive a full refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to one (1) night's accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled within 30 days of the accommodation arrival date.

Photography
There will be photographs taken throughout the conference and at the social events. These may be used for promotional activities, including the USANZ website and social media. If you do not want your photograph taken, or used, please notify the photographer onsite at your earliest convenience.
