Cancellation Policy
Registration
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Conference Secretariat prior to Friday, 9 August 2019, a full refund will be given (less a $150 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted.
Accommodation
Any cancellation or reduction in length of stay made within 30 days prior to
the arrival, a 100% cancellation penalty equal to the total value of the
accommodation is applicable. Cancellations and changes should be made through
the AHA 2019 Conference Secretariat only.
