A credit card number will be required to secure your booking. Delegates will settle the balance of their account according to the hotel terms and conditions. If sharing a room with another delegate (other than a partner) please state their name under the “Share With” option when completing the registration form.

We have been made aware of other companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. Reservations made through these “pirate” agencies or companies will be at your own risk.If you are contacted by one of these pirate companies, please notify the Lived Experience Summit Secretariat immediately at lesummit2018@dcconferences.com.au.
