Full Delegate and Sponsor/ Exhibitor Registration
• Access to all sessions from Tuesday 21 August 2018 to Wednesday 22 August 2018
• Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea on each day of the Summit

Our venue caterers will be pleased to meet dietary requirements for delegates with medical or religious needs.

Cancellation Policy
Registration
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Summit Secretariat prior to Tuesday 10 July 2018, a full refund will be given (less a AU$150 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted.
Letter of Invitation for Visa Requirements
Please note that our policy is to only issue a letter of invitation to an international delegate once registration and full payment has been received. A letter of invitation from the conference does not guarantee entry into Australia. Please email the Summit Secretariat to request a letter of invitation after your registration and payment has been submitted.
Photography
There will be photographs taken throughout the Summit and at the social events. These may be used for promotional activities, including the website and on social media.
