Dr Paul Anderson
Paul Anderson is a Consultant Urologist at Royal Melbourne and Epworth Hospitals. He completed the FRACS after undertaking a fellowship in pelvic oncology at the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff. He worked as a Consultant Urological Surgeon at Guy’s Hospital in London before returning to Melbourne in 2008. He is an examiner in physiology for the RACS, a member of the Academy of Surgical Educators and review for a number of journals including BJUI, ANZJS and World Journal of Urology. His is currently involved in research in the fields of Bladder Cancer and Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.

Dr Ashani Couchman
Dr Ashani Couchman is a urological surgeon at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and Hampstead Rehabilitation Hospital in the public sector as well as Continence Matters in the private sector. Ms Shan Morrison
Shan Morrison is one of nine Specialist Women’s, Men’s & Pelvic Health Physiotherapists in Australia. She is the director of Women’s & Men’s Health Physiotherapy, a Victorian private practice dedicated to providing evidence based management programs for pelvic floor disorders. Shan has been practicing exclusively in pelvic floor dysfunction for 23 years and has particular clinical interests in post-prostatectomy incontinence and female and male chronic pelvic pain.
Ms Naomi Noguchi
Naomi Noguchi, MBBS MPH, is an Associate Lecturer in Clinical Epidemiology at the University of Sydney. Since receiving her medical degree in Japan in 2006, she has worked in urology and primary care with geriatric patients. Naomi undertook her PhD studies in epidemiology with the Concord Health and Ageing in Men Project with a particular focus on older men’s urinary symptoms. Her research interests include the geriatric syndromes, frailty, lower urinary symptoms, and surgical outcomes in older people. Another passion of hers lies in teaching evidence-based medicine subjects.
Dr Helen O’Connell
Helen O’Connell is an academic Urologist from Melbourne. Fellowship trained in the US her primary clinical interest is in the reversal of LUTS following identification and treatment of the root cause. She is a full Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Melbourne, Head of Urology and Director of Surgery at Western Health where she leads a Fellowship in Functional Urology.
A/Professor Prem Rashid
Associate Professor Prem Rashid, started the Port Macquarie Urology Centre in 1997. It has rapidly grown to become a referral centre for urological care. He shares a broad interest in urological topics with prostate disease, lower urinary tract dysfunction and rehabilitation following treatment as a focus. His research area of prime interest is education and training; fostering the next generation.
