Dine in the heart of Melbourne on the Southbank boardwalk with views over the Yarra River to the city. Pure South Dining is a modern Melbourne eatery that draws inspiration from farmers, fishermen and artisan producers of Tasmania including King Island & Flinders Island.

Solid relationships built with farmers and fishermen over 13 years ensure the quality of the produce served, with small planes delivering produce from Tasmania and the islands several times per week.
