Payment Delegates are urged to pay via credit card at the time of registration.
Payment can be made by credit card, personal cheque or bank draft in Australian dollars only. Cheques should be made payable to the FUS Conference. Alternatively, payment may be made via MasterCard or Visa. Payment can also be made by direct transfer, please quote invoice number when transferring funds electronically. Cancellation Policy Registration: If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Conference Secretariat prior to Friday 30 June 2017, a full refund will be given (less a $125 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted. Refunds for the dinner will be given at the discretion of the Conference Secretariat. Cancellation of hotel bookings should also be made through the Conference Secretariat.
Accommodation: For any guaranteed rooms cancelled within 30 days, a charge equal to one night’s accommodation per room booking will apply. All guaranteed rooms cancelled at or within 14 days prior to arrival may incur 100% cancellation fee, this being the number or room nights cancelled times the accommodation rate.
Photography There may be photographs taken throughout the conference and at the social event. These may be used for promotional activities, including the FUS website and social media. If you do not want your photograph taken, or used, please notify the photographer onsite at your earliest convenience. |
