We have secured rooms at a hotel within close proximity to the workshop venue, with discounted rates exclusively for attendees of the workshop.

To obtain these rates, please book your accommodation through the SSA Trainee Workshop Conference Secretariat via the online registration form when it opens. A credit card number is required to secure your booking. Please read the individual hotel terms and conditions carefully in regards to payment. If you are sharing a room with another delegate (other than a partner) please state their name on the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

Please read the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy for the hotel prior to making a booking. Please book all accommodation when registering online. Cancellations and changes can only be made through the SSA Trainee Weekend Conference Secretariat.

Unauthorised Accommodation

Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service other than the Spine Society of Australia or DC Conferences that implies or claims to be an official accommodation provider of the SSA Trainee Weekend. We have been made aware of other companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. Reservations made through these “pirate” agencies or companies will be at your own risk. If you are contacted by one of these pirate companies, please notify the SSA Trainee Workshop 2019 Conference Secretariat immediately.

Car Parking:	Car Parking is subject to availability and charged at $20.00 per vehicle for self parking or $40 per vehicle for valet parking. Day parking is charged at a hourly rate of $4.00 per hour with a maximum $10.00 per day for Conference Delegates (Validation of ticket required). Valet Parking for delegates staying overnight in the hotel is charged at $40.00 or self-parking for $20.00 per night.
Terms & Conditions:	All guests will be paying the balance of their account direct to the hotel upon departure. At the time of booking a valid credit card for the total of the first  night's accommodation charge is required. All guests are responsible for the payment of their own incidental charges. Upon arrival to the hotel, a valid credit card will be required for a pre-authorisation of the total amount of accommodation plus $100 per night security deposit. If credit card details are not available, payment of the total of all nights' accommodation charge, plus a $100 bond per night and photo ID will be required upon check in. Any cancellations within 30 days of the event (from Wednesday 16 October onwards) will be charged full cancellation fees for all room nights not utilised. All non-arrivals to the hotel will incur full cancellation fees for all room nights not utilised.
