Spine Society of Australia: Trainee and Fellow Weekend on Paediatric Spinal Deformity and Tumour & Inflammatory Conditions

16 - 17 November 2019
Flinders University at Tonsley, Adelaide

REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!

Welcome

On behalf of the President, Dr Michael Johnson and the members of the Spine Society of Australia, I'd like to invite you to the fourth annual Registrars and Fellows Instructional Course.

The topic for this year's course will be Paediatric Spinal Deformity and Tumour & Inflammatory Conditions. It will be held at the Biomechanics and Implants Laboratory at Flinders University on 16 and 17 November 2019.

The course will combine a mixture of:
  • didactic presentations and
  • cavaderic skills lab.
The course objective is to give you the theoretical and practical skills required to competently manage all aspects of spinal deformity and tumour & inflammatory conditions. For those still in training, the course aims to provide a fundamental platform from which you can base your ongoing studies to prepare for your Part 2 Examination.

The faculty for the course are experienced practicing neuro and orthopaedic surgeons regularly managing complex spinal degenerative conditions. LifehealthCare will sponsor this year's workshop and we thank them for their support.

I look forward to seeing you in Adelaide.

Yours sincerely,

Ralph Stanford
Education Coordinator, Spine Society of Australia
