REGISTRATION FEES AND INFORMATION
Registrations are now FULL for the NSANZ Cadaver Workshop
The 2019 NSANZ Cadaver Workshop will be run over two sessions based on skill level as below:
Morning Session - Basic Skills
Afternoon Session - Advanced Skills
The registration fees listed below are based on attending either the Basic or Advanced Skills session - see the Program page for more information.
Please note there are limited registrations for these workshops - and we can only confirm attendance at ONE workshop per person. A qualifying questionnaire will be provided to confirm suitability for the session selected.

| Half Day Workshop Registration fee + one year NSANZ Membership* | $750.00 |
Payment
Payment by credit card can be made online during the online registration process. (MasterCard or Visa accepted).
Cancellation Policy for Registration
No refunds will be given on cancellation, although a substitute delegate will be accepted.
