The NSANZ Cadaver Workshop 2022 will be held on Saturday 5 March 2022 at
Macquarie University, Sydney.
Limited registrations are available so ensure you register to secure your spot.

For a limited time, from 16 February 2022, if you register to attend the March 2022 NSANZ Cadaver workshop scheduled for Saturday 5 March at Macquarie University Sydney and would like to become a member of NSANZ a 50% discount is available on your membership fee.
A one year membership for practising clinicians will be available at $160 AUD, usually priced at $225 USD.

CANCELLATION POLICY
NSANZ acknowledges the challenges of travel at this time. If state border travel restrictions are put in place after the registration is processed that may prevent you from attending the workshop, a transferred registration to the next scheduled NSANZ Cadaver Workshop may be offered (subject to availability). In the event that a state border closure is in place at the time of the workshop preventing your travel to Sydney, a refund of the registration fee minus a $150 administration fee will be available, in this case a substitute delegate will also be accepted.
In the event that you are unable to attend the workshop due to illness or isolation requirements you will be required to provide a medical certificate to be considered for a refund of the registration cost or transfer to the next scheduled NSANZ Cadaver Workshop.
If the Cadaver Workshop is cancelled, a full refund will be offered. If the dates or venue of the Cadaver Workshop changes, delegates will be given the option of a full refund.
By registering to attend the Workshop you will need to confirm that you understand that the workshop organisers, venue and NSW government require attendees to be fully vaccinated (plus booster shot if eligible) against COVID-19 before allowing access to this workshop. If a registered attendee is unable to attend the workshop based on this no refund will be available.
LIABILITY & INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Neither NSANZ nor DC Conference & Association Management will accept liability for, but not limited to:
- Damages of any nature (including financial) sustained by participants, or loss or damage to their personal property in the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, loss;
- Loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of participation in the Conference or through cancellation of the Conference;
- Loss of international/domestic air fares or accomodation through cancellation for any reason;
- Medical Expenses
Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate and should be purchased in your country of origin.
Delegates are strongly recommended to take out a suitable travel insurance policy including coverage for non-refundable registration fees when you register for the meeting and book your travel.
