USANZ NSW Section Meeting 2022 to be held at the Novotel Wollongong Northbeach from 10 - 12 November 2022.

We have secured rooms at the Novotel Wollongong Northbeach for the 2022 USANZ NSW Section Meeting. Please note that there are limited rooms available at these rates - please reserve your accommodation early.

To obtain these rates, please book your accommodation through the USANZ NSW Section Meeting 2022 Conference Secretariat via the online registration form. Credit card details required to secure your booking. Please read the hotel terms and conditions as below carefully in regards to payment. If you are sharing a room with another delegate (other than a partner) please state their name on the registration form.
Cancellation Policy
Please read the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy of each hotel prior to making a booking. Please book all accommodation when registering online. Cancellations and changes can only be made through the USANZ NSW Section Meeting 2022 Conference Secretariat.
Unauthorised Accommodation
Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service other than USANZ NSW 2022 or DC Conference & Association Management that implies or claims to be an official accommodation provider of USANZ NSW Section Meeting 2022. We have been made aware of other companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. Reservations made through these “pirate” agencies or companies will be at your own risk. If you are contacted by one of these pirate companies, please notify the USANZ NSW Section Meeting Conference Secretariat immediately.
Liability/ Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Neither USANZ nor DC Conference & Association Management will accept liability for, but no limited to:
- Damages of any nature (including financial) sustained by participants, or loss or damage to their personal property in the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, loss;
- Loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through cancellation of the Conference;
- Loss of international/domestic air fares or accommodation through cancellation for any reason;
- Medical Expenses.
Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate and should be purchased in your country of origin.
Delegates are strongly recommended to take out a suitable travel insurance policy including coverage for non-refundable registration fees when you register for the meeting and book your travel.
