Rehearsal Briefings

  • Rehearsal briefing sessions are available for anyone involved in the PRECI 2022 virtual conference program (except for poster presenters).
  • A unique link to book into one of these sessions will be sent before Thursday 13 October 2022, if you need this resent please contact the Conference Secretariat.
  • Space is limited in each session, book early to secure your preferred session time, and by Thursday 20 October 2022.
  • Briefings are scheduled to run between Thursday 3 November 2022 - Friday 4 November 2022. We estimate these sessions will run for 30 minutes.

Pre-Recording Deadlines

  • All speakers and poster authors are asked to pre-record their presentations. Further individual guidelines have been sent to you directly.
  • All presentations must be submitted as an mp4 video file. File names must be saved in the following format:

conference_day_time_First Initial_Last Name

ie- PRECI2022_Mon_0900_J_Smith.mp4

Recording your Presentation

  • Your presentation recording must not exceed your allocated presentation time.
  • We recommend recording your presentation using Zoom and to set the aspect ratio of your PowerPoint to widescreen 16:9 format.
  • Please try to have the same background and outfit/hair style during your pre-recorded presentation and the live conference. This helps us achieve a consistent view for attendees and will give your session a nice flow.

Speaker Guidelines

  • Please take the time to read through the guidelines available via the link below, as well as the list of tips. We recommend doing this before you record your presentation, as well as the day before the conference - as a refresher.
  • These documents include helpful information on what you will need to be able to successfully present at PRECI 2022, as well as a pre-session timeline.

Chair / Facilitator Guidelines

  • Your role is an important one. Please ensure you read through the available guidelines below before your session.
  • If you have not yet allocated a Facilitator to your session - but would like one, please ensure you contact the Conference Secretariat before Monday 7 November 2022.


e-Poster Presenters 



Abstract Oral Presentations 

  • Pre-recorded Abstract Oral presentations are due: Monday 7 November 2022.
  • All posters will be displayed as a pre-recorded 10-minute presentation. 
  • Start your recording with a title slide that includes your abstract title, name and organisation. For an example, please feel free to use the template provided here
