•  A ticket to attend the Workshop Dinner on Saturday 15 July 2017

Payment

Payment by Credit Card - Secure payment can be made online during the registration submission page (MasterCard or Visa accepted)

Payment by EFT - Please quote your invoice/client number when paying by EFT. 
Once payment has been processed please email remittance advice to DC Conferences.

Cancellation Policy for Registration 
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Conference Secretariat, prior to 9 June 2017, a full refund will be provided (less $100 processing fee). No refund will be given after this date, although a substitute delegate will be accepted.
