Chronic Shoulder Pain affects over one in five Australians and is the third most common condition for which patients present to physiotherapy. Currently, the scientific dialogue around Shoulder RF is growing and new RF techniques are being explored.

In this session, RF techniques for treating the shoulder will be reviewed, ranging from the original PRF of the SSN to the evolving evidence for thermal RF of the distal sensory afferent nerves of the shoulder. It will review the anatomical basis for these treatments, best practices, and current evidence as well as have time for Q&A on this increasingly important topic
