Credit card details are encrypted in our database and stored in an electronic vault. In case of your non arrival or late cancellation the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.

Summary

Cancellation Policy

Registration:

If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Conference Secretariat prior to Monday, 4 March 2019, a full refund will be given (less a $150 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted.

Accommodation:

There is no guarantee that cancellations will receive a refund as hotels reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 1 night's accommodation or the full duration of the stay on any rooms cancelled. Cancellations and changes should be made through the SSA 2019 Conference Secretariat only.
