Cancellation Policy

Registration:

If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Conference Secretariat prior to Friday 20 September 2019, a full refund will be given (less a $175 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted. Refunds for registration add-ons (dinners etc) will be given at the discretion of the Conference Secretariat.

Accommodation:

Cancellation of hotel bookings should be made through the Conference Secretariat in writing. Please check the cancellation fee carefully as each hotel will have different cancellation policy.
