Welcome
Welcome
On behalf of Dr Michael Johnson and the members of the Spine Society of Australia, I'd like to invite you to the third annual Registrars and Fellows Instructional Course.
The topic for this years course will be Spinal Degenerative Disease. It will be held at the Biomechanics and Implants Laboratory at Flinders University on the 10th and 11th of November.
The course will combine a mixture of:
- didactic presentations and
- cavaderic skills lab.
The course objective is to give you the theoretical and practical skills required to competently manage all aspects of spinal degenerative disease. For those still in training, the course aims to provide a fundamental platform from which you can base your ongoing studies to prepare for your Part 2 Examination.
The faculty for the course are experienced practicing neuro and orthopaedic surgeons regularly managing complex spinal degenerative conditions. DePuy Synthes will sponsor this year's workshop and we thank them for their support.
I look forward to seeing you in Adelaide.
Yours, Rob Kuru
Education Coordinator, Spine Society of Australia
Special thanks to our Workshop Sponsor:
